I'm still quite torn on the notion of a 3rd and here's why.
I know you want a tiebreaker, but what have we really disagreed upon in developing the board thus far. Sure I didn't want character banners, but you believed in it, stood up for it, and I said ok since I didn't hate the idea completely.
In talking just generally so with folks lately the trend on lots of failing boards has been way too many admins and now it seems like the number is starting to shrink. I'm in favor of the smaller number I think. Less clutter. Sure the tiebreaker is nice, but sometimes its just too many cooks in the kitchen.
Conversely I think the right thing to do is you and I be the owners. We DO need to add moderators/team leaders. Not people who are full on admins, just people who run an art team or a forum or something.
Let me hear your thinking.

I wasn't proposing adding a third admin immediately. I was suggesting to have a pick of the bunch once everything is settled. As for my habit of picking my predecessor on numerous occasions, I would have be leaving this mostly up to you.
As for the lesser members of staff, I think we need a half dozen of those eventually, each doing a little part, and maybe at some point appoint an old fashioned moderator, like those of ezboard in nature, like a lesser admin of sorts.
